A spacious family home on two floors, in a quiet area of Simonkylä. Three bedrooms are located upstairs in their own peace. Downstairs there is one room suitable as a bedroom and study in addition to the living room and kitchen. The spacious kitchen can accommodate a large dining table, which allows the whole family to eat together. The spacious living room has access to a private terrace and the apartment yard. Upstairs, there is a spacious balcony in connection with the bedroom. Living comfort is enhanced by a separate toilet downstairs and a bathroom with a sauna upstairs. For everyday use and storage, there is an outdoor storage room and a utility room next to the front door.

This right-of-occupancy apartment has the possibility of being rented out when there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. The rental price is €1,450/month. In addition, we charge a security deposit of €2,900, equivalent to two months’ rent. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
