Right-of-occupancy apartments

Our apartments are suitable for people in different life situations. We own more than 20,000 apartments around Finland. The majority of our apartments are right-of-occupancy apartments that bring together the best elements of different forms of housing. You can apply for a right-of-occupancy apartment with a waiting number issued by the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA).

Rental apartments

We offer both non-profit and privately financed rental apartments. Non-profit rental apartments are state-subsidised apartments, and it is typically more affordable to live in a non-profit apartment than in a privately financed rental apartment. The resident selection criteria set in a government decree are applied with regard to state-subsidised apartments.

New apartments

We plan and construct hundreds of new apartments every year. Our new properties are planned in good locations in growing and developing urban centres.
