Asgård 6, which offers spacious terraced and semi-detached apartments for a variety of needs, is a company of four semi-detached and three-detached houses, with a total of 20 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments. There are spacious two- and three-room apartments to choose from, as well as four- and five-room family apartments. The smallest apartments are 63 m² and the largest are 116 m².

The apartments are on two levels and have their own terrace and balcony. The apartments receive light from at least two directions, and the floor plans are spacious. Neutral surface materials serve as a good basis for a variety of interior designs.

The floors are easy-care laminate, and the bathroom and separate toilet have stylish tiled walls and floors. The bathroom has space for a washing machine and dryer, and there is storage space in the laundry and mirror cabinets. Additional comfort is provided by a private sauna and shower, also in connection with the downstairs toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and space for a dishwasher and microwave. Venetian blinds on the windows increase living comfort.

In the middle of the houses there is a sheltered common play and lounge area and a courtyard building with outdoor equipment storage and apartment-specific warm storage for personal belongings. Some of the apartments also have cold storage cabins for personal belongings at the entrance to the apartment. There are covered and open spaces for cars in the yard, which are equipped with an electrical outlet.

Asgård 6 is a completely smoke-free property. Smoke-free means that smoking inside the property, on its balconies, terraces and courtyards is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in a specially marked smoking area.

Kauklahti, which is particularly popular with families, is an area of small and terraced houses, where daily services are within walking and cycling distance. Kauklahti has a school, library, a few daycare centers, a grocery store and the Village Hall in Palttina. The nearest large centers are Espoon Keskus and Espoonlahti, where you can find a wide range of services. For example, the distance from the shopping center Entresse to Espoon Keskus is less than five kilometers.

Kauklahti is located in the western part of Espoo, along Ring Road III. The Hansavalkama area is about a kilometer walk from Kauklahti train station. From the train station, you can comfortably reach the center of Helsinki in about half an hour. The area also has bus connections to different parts of Espoo and, for example, to Kirkkonummi, and traveling by car is also easy.

Outdoor trails in beautiful forest landscapes invite you to get outdoors. There are also diverse sports opportunities nearby, such as a riding school, sports fields, a football hall, a gym and club activities for young people. Kauklahti is one of Espoo’s oldest residential areas. The Espoo Manor and Espoo Manor bridges, which date back to the 18th century, are well-known sights and are a reminder of the area’s history.

The property has Telia 50 Mbit/s property broadband, which is included in the usage fee.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
