Asgård 6 is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking means that smoking inside the property, on its balconies, terraces and courtyards is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in a separately marked smoking area.

Kauklahti, which is particularly popular with families, is an area of small and terraced houses, where daily services are within walking and cycling distance. Kauklahti has a school, a library, a few daycare centers, a grocery store and the Village Hall in Palttina. The nearest large centers are Espoon Keskus and Espoonlahti, where there are plenty of services. For example, the Entresse shopping center in Espoo is less than five kilometers away.

Kauklahti is located in the western part of Espoo, along Ring Road III. The Hansavalkama area is about a kilometer walk from Kauklahti train station. From the train station, you can comfortably reach the center of Helsinki in about half an hour. The area also has bus connections to different parts of Espoo and, for example, towards Kirkkonummi, and traveling by car is also easy.

Outdoor trails in beautiful forest landscapes invite you to get outdoors. There are also diverse sports opportunities nearby, such as a riding school, sports fields, a football hall, a gym and club activities for young people. Kauklahti is one of Espoo’s oldest residential areas. The Espoo Manor and Espoo Manor Bridges, dating back to the 18th century, are well-known attractions and are a reminder of the area’s history.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

By filling out an application you can apply for a rental apartment, submit an application for a right-of-occupancy for both vacant and vacated apartments and reserved right-of-occupancy properties. You will receive an apartment offer as soon as we can offer an apartment that meets your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact the sales representative of the apartment or property.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
