The Fickenkuja 2 and 4 right-of-occupancy property has two two-story loft apartment buildings and one two-story terraced house, a total of 26 apartments. Kauklahti is located in the western part of Espoo, along Ring Road III. It is about a fifteen-minute walk from Bassenkylä to the basic services of the Kauklahti center. From Kauklahti train station, you can comfortably reach the center of Helsinki in about half an hour, and traveling by car is easy. The area also has bus connections to different parts of Espoo and, for example, to Kirkkonummi.

The necessary daily services are close by, so it is convenient to travel by bike and on foot. The nearest kindergarten is less than a ten-minute walk away, and more kindergartens, as well as primary and secondary schools, can be found near the center of Kauklahti. Beautiful outdoor trails in the Palolampi area, in forest landscapes, start almost at your doorstep. There are also diverse sports opportunities nearby, such as a riding school, sports fields, a football hall, club activities for young people, and a gym.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
