Jokipuistontie 1, located in Nikkilä’s Jokilaakso area, has 58 right-of-occupancy apartments, 57 rental apartments and one business premises. Right-of-occupancy apartments are located in an apartment building and two Luhti apartment buildings, rental apartments in two apartment buildings. You can choose from right-of-occupancy and rental apartments, from studios to four-room apartments, ranging in size from 24.5 m² to 80 m². A few apartments also have a special feature of a work space with its own outside entrance on the ground floor of the apartment, which is well suited, for example, for remote work or a small entrepreneur.

Tenant and right-of-occupancy tenants have versatile common spaces for shared use. The courtyard building has two sauna sections and a cozy club room, as well as a laundry and drying room, so you don’t necessarily need your own washing machine. There are three play areas in the yard area, the largest of which is located next to the yard building. Parking spaces are also placed in the courtyard area.

Jokilaakso, located in Nikkilä, is a cozy new residential area with services for about 1,000 residents. Keskustaajama’s services are within walking distance, and Helsinki and Porvoo are about half an hour’s drive from the area.

The center of Nikkilä is the heart of the school center Nikkilä, which currently has Finnish and Swedish-speaking middle schools. Jokipuisto elementary school is also within walking distance, which is located in a beautiful park-like old hospital area. Nikkilä also has a high school and a vocational school.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
