A new right-of-occupancy apartment building has been completed in South Tampere’s Hervantajärvi, right next to the tram terminus. 39 apartments have been built in a 5-story building with an elevator. The Makkarajärvenkatu 80 B site will be completed at the end of February 2022.

Makkarajärvenkatu 80 B has apartments for different life situations, from small apartments without saunas to spacious four-room family apartments with saunas. Each apartment has its own glazed balcony and some of the apartments have a sauna and a wardrobe. In addition to a glazed balcony, the apartments on the lowest floor have their own small courtyard. In the largest family apartments, there are two toilets for everyday use. In the design of the apartments, special attention has been paid to the functionality of everyday life.

The house has good common spaces. Residents of the building have access to a drying room, in-house laundry, pram storage, outdoor equipment storage, and equipment maintenance and multi-purpose room. All apartments have their own glassed-in balcony and the balconies have pleasant-feeling balcony mats.

Makkarajärvenkatu 80 B is located south of Hervanta, on the other side of Ruskontie. As a place to live, the new residential area Hervantajärvi is ideal for those working or studying in the nearby Hervanta area. In just over twenty minutes, you can take the tram directly to the center of Tampere. Connections by bus and your own car are also good.

Hervanta’s comprehensive and versatile services and study opportunities are about 1.5 km away. Convenience stores and the Duo shopping center, a library, health services and numerous restaurants serve the residents of Hervanta and future residents of Hervantajärvi. If you want, you don’t have to leave Hervantajärvi for far to enjoy, because the nearby Hervanta is full of recreational opportunities. Hervanna has its own ice and swimming hall. The district also has its own tennis hall and frisbee golf course, as well as numerous gyms. Green and clean nature is a big part of the charm of the Hervantajärvi residential area. In the Hervantajärvi nature reserve, the whole family enjoys hiking or skiing on the nature trails, and it’s nice to spend a summer day at the nearby beach. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

By filling out an application you can apply for a rental apartment, submit an application for a right-of-occupancy for both vacant and vacated apartments and reserved right-of-occupancy properties. You will receive an apartment offer as soon as we can offer an apartment that meets your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact the sales representative of the apartment or property.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
