New right-of-occupancy apartments are being built in the residential area of Ylästö, Vantaa, which is dominated by single-family homes. The estimated completion date for the project is 12/2025–01/2026.

The first application period for right-of-occupancy apartments is 19.2.-5.3.2025, after which there will be a continuous application for the project.

Padisentie 10 consists of four two-story terraced houses, which will have a total of 24 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments. The apartments have been designed with modern living needs in mind. The sizes of the apartments vary from three-room apartments to spacious five-room family apartments. Each apartment has terraces and courtyards. Some of the apartments also have their own sauna to increase living comfort.

Residents have access to a warm courtyard building, which houses a civil defense shelter, technical facilities and storage rooms. In addition, there will be apartment-specific cold storage facilities near the entrances to the apartments. Residents will have 32 parking spaces. 11 are carport spaces and 21 are open spaces. 2 of the open spaces are designed for people with disabilities. Deep waste collection containers have also been placed at the end of the carport.

The apartments will be completed in a prestigious residential area, which is especially popular among families with children, as the area has daycare centers, schools, playgrounds and grocery stores. The Jumbo shopping center with its diverse services is also located only about three kilometers away.

Despite its quiet location, the area also has smooth transport connections to different parts of the capital region, both by car and public transport. The city center of Helsinki can be reached in about 35 minutes.

Residents of the area will also be able to enjoy the area’s diverse outdoor recreation and sports opportunities. For example, the Tolkinkylä riding school and the Isomänny sports park are located near the apartments.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
