Pigment pocket 5 and 7 will be built in Turku’s Pitkämäki, Pukkila’s new residential area. This cozy residential property consists of two eight-story apartment buildings, with a total of 88 apartments to be completed in September 2025. The distribution of apartments is diverse and serves a wide customer base, including different types of apartments: studios (35.0 m²), two-room apartments (40.5 m² – 54.5 m²), three-room apartments (55.0 m² – 71.0 m²) and squares (82.0 m²). The construction contractor is Hartela Länsi-Suomi Oy, which has also implemented TA’s right-of-occupancy projects in the past.

Bathrooms are tiled with fresh tile choices. The cozy and spacious kitchens are equipped with white laminate furniture, a fridge-freezer, a built-in oven, a ceramic stove and space for a dishwasher. 4h+kt apartments include two fridge-freezers. Each apartment has its own glazed or French balcony, which brings additional space and light. The ventilation of the apartments is apartment-specific and equipped with heat recovery, which guarantees energy-efficient ventilation. The apartments are heated with water-circulating radiator heating. Water consumption is measured per apartment.

There are two house saunas for shared use by the residents. Parking spaces with heating plugs can be reserved in the garage under the patio cover, where there are also eight electric car charging stations. Children get their own cozy play area in the yard. The object is non-smoking.

Pigment tasku is located in Pukkila, Pitkämäki’s new residential area, which combines the best aspects of closeness to nature and urban living. The site’s location guarantees its residents excellent services and connections. There are grocery stores nearby, such as the 24-hour S-market Manhattan (650 m) and Lidl (900 m). Turku railway station and the culture and event center Logomo are located approximately 1.3 km away.

The area is ideal for families with children: the elementary school is located about 600 meters from the property and the middle school about 2 km away. The nearest kindergarten is only 400 meters away. There are plenty of exercise opportunities in the area, e.g. three different gyms and a dance school within a radius of 600 meters. Tupakointi on kiellettyä kaikissa asunnoissamme ja talojen yhteisissä tiloissa kuten rappukäytävissä sekä sauna- ja varastotiloissa.

Vuodesta 2019 lähtien tehdyissä uusissa asumisoikeussopimuksissa ja vuodesta 2020 tehdyissä vuokrasopimuksissa asukas on sitoutunut olemaan tupakoimatta kiinteistön alueella mahdollista erikseen osoitettua tupakointipaikkaa lukuun ottamatta. Uudiskohteissa savuttomuusehto on otettu käyttöön jo aiemmin.

Osa kiinteistöistämme on kokonaan savuttomia. Savuttomuus tarkoittaa sitä, että tupakointi on kiellettyä kiinteistössä, sen asunnoissa, parvekkeilla, piha-alueilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa.
