An apartment building with 35 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments located in the center of Lieto, in the traditional landscape of the Aurajoki River. The 6-story building was completed in the summer of 2016. The sizes of the apartments in the project vary from 38 m² studios to spacious 78 m² four-room family apartments. All apartments have their own sauna and balcony. The floors are laminate and the wet rooms are tiled. Within a kilometer radius, you can find the diverse services of the center, such as a health center, grocery stores and daycare centers. The adjacent bus stop has direct access to Turku Market Square and Naantali. The project has an outdoor equipment storage room and each apartment has its own storage room. There is a children’s play area in the yard. The project has district heating and cable television, as well as a free monthly internet connection. Electricity according to consumption. The resident makes his own electricity contract with the energy company of his choice. Apartment photos have been virtually styled using artificial intelligence.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
