A 4-storey apartment building with 24 right-of-occupancy apartments located in the centre of Lieto. The property, completed in August 2019, offers a diverse selection of apartments for different life situations. The sizes of the apartments vary from 38 m² studios to spacious 78 m² four-room family apartments.

The interior surfaces of the apartments are timeless laminate floors and white-painted walls. Lieto is a lively, reputable city with just under 20,000 inhabitants. Piispalantie 3 is located in the center of Lieto, in a central location, as all essential daily services are located within a radius of about a kilometer. There are three daycare centers in the center of Lieto, and schools offering basic education and an upper secondary school can be found within a two-kilometer walking/cycling distance.

The distance from Piispalantie to the center of Turku is about 13 km and can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Fölin buses of the Turku region’s public transport run through the center of Lieto, so public transport connections are also good. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner. The Turku bypass, the 10-way to Hämeenlinna, and the Helsinki and Tampere motorways are nearby.

There are a variety of sports and outdoor activities in the area. Lieto Sports Hall Lietohalli is located less than two kilometers away. Lieto has several sports fields and, in winter, ice skating rinks. There is forested terrain near Piispalantie and the banks of the Aura River are within walking distance.

Piispalantie 3 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the entire property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
