A 7-storey apartment building with an elevator and 39 right-of-occupancy homes has been completed in the heart of Nokia. Poutuntie 2c is part of the “Helminauhau” proposal that won the design competition organized by the City of Nokia in 2018. The area formed by the apartment buildings on Poutuntie is located along the city’s entrance road and is a significant location in terms of cityscape. The design of the area has strived for a high-quality whole.

Poutuntie is an ideal place to live, especially for those who value proximity to services and good transport connections. There are several shops within walking distance, where you can get almost everything you need. The trip to Tampere is also quick and easy, as the bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the project and the trip to the center of Tampere takes about half an hour. You can walk to the train station platform in a few minutes and travel to Tampere by train in less than 15 minutes. For those who value their own car, the site has smooth transport connections to the motorway to Tampere and the E12 road towards Helsinki and Vaasa. The 24 parking spaces reserved for the site’s residents are located in carports.

There is a primary and secondary school less than a kilometer away. The newly completed secondary school campus “Silta” is a short walk away. The campus will be completed in the summer of 2022. There are several daycare centers in the area for the youngest members of the family, the nearest of which is half a kilometer away.

There is simply no shortage of recreational opportunities in the area. You can take a refreshing dip in the Nokia swimming pool, read the daily newspaper in the Library and Culture House in Virta, rent a SUP board from the Vihnus swimming beach, throw a frisbee on the Penttilänpuisto frisbee golf course or just relax and enjoy the cultural offerings organized in Poutunpuisto and Pirkkalaistori.

The property has a variety of apartments of different sizes, with functional floor plans suitable for a variety of life situations. The smallest apartments are 37.5 m² studios without a sauna and the largest are 65.5 m² three-room apartments with a sauna. The apartments have timelessly stylish surface materials; grayish laminate flooring, white painted walls and a tiled bathroom. The balconies of the apartments are glazed and the windows have venetian blinds. The bathrooms have a sink and mirror cabinet and space for a washing machine and dryer. The kitchens have a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and space for a dishwasher.

On the first floor of the building there is a drying room and an outdoor equipment storage room, which are for shared use by the residents. Each apartment in the shelter has its own storage room for personal belongings.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

You will receive an apartment offer as soon as we can offer an apartment that meets your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact the sales representative of the apartment or property.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
