56 comfortable right-of-occupancy homes and two commercial premises will be completed in four apartment buildings at Storörintie 9-11 in Sipoonranta. Some of the apartments will also have a room that can be used as a workspace. In addition to the apartments, two commercial premises will be completed in the houses, which can be accessed from Storörintie.

The general VAT rate will increase from 24 percent to 25.5 percent as of September 1, 2024. In a state-supported right-of-occupancy building, a maximum of 15 percent of the construction or acquisition costs (acquisition value) approved by the Housing Finance and Development Centre can be collected as right-of-occupancy fees.

The Housing Finance and Development Centre has approved the construction costs of the site at a tax rate of 24 percent.

The site has a total of 54 parking spaces, of which 32 are covered spaces. In addition, four parking spaces are located along the street. Ten of the spaces are available for charging electric cars. Between buildings C and D, there is a fenced play and living area shared by all buildings in the courtyard.

The smallest apartments are 25.5 m² studios and the largest apartments are 114.5 m² four-room apartments, which also have a separate work space, which can be used as a work space or as an additional room. A few three-room apartments also have an additional work space.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer, while larger family apartments have a separate fridge and freezer. All apartments have a dishwasher and space for a microwave as standard. The kitchen is tiled. All bathrooms have sink cabinets. Blinds provide privacy to the apartments.

Sipoonranta is a seaside residential area right on the border of Helsinki and Sipoo, on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. This unique district is modern and contemporary, but close to nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The seafront is about twenty meters away and it is possible to get a mooring for your own boat in the adjacent marina.

The distance from Sipoonranta to the center of Helsinki is about 21 kilometers and it takes about 30 minutes by car. The Porvoo motorway is about 500 meters away and from the bus stop located there you can reach Helsinki Itäkeskus in about 20 minutes, from where you can easily continue your journey by metro to the center of Helsinki.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
