Apartments can be found in a variety of ways for different life situations. You can choose from two- and three-room apartments of different sizes to four-room apartments, the square footage varies between 51.5 m² and 79 m². Each apartment has its own glazed balcony and a spacious separate hall. In these apartments without saunas, the square footage has been completely taken over for residential use.

The apartments are heated using a water-circulating floor heating system, so there are no radiators under the windows at all. In this case, the entire apartment can be decorated freely.

The apartments are located from the second floor upwards. The ground floor has two business premises, a waste room, storage for outdoor equipment and apartment-specific movable storage.

Residents of the housing rights building have their own green and leafy yard on the roof of the first floor, which can be accessed from the stairwell. There are cultivation boxes on the courtyard for use by the residents and they can be used, for example, in cultivation courses. It is possible to organize other activities in the yard, such as gymnastics classes. Next to the house in the backyard is the Station Master’s park built by the city, where children can play.

There are wonderful sauna facilities on the top floor of the house. From the shower room and sauna room, you can cool off on the covered terrace. In connection with the sauna room, there is a greenhouse intended for common use by the residents. There are solar panels on the roof of the house to generate energy for the use of the property.

Car sockets are located on the adjacent lot. Some of the parking spaces have the option of slow charging for electric cars.

All important services are right at your fingertips. There is a grocery store, a pharmacy and a health center almost next to the house. Larger grocery stores are a few hundred meters away. Naantali market, the wonderful old town and the seaside are less than a kilometer’s walk away. For those who like exercise, there is both a sports hall and an ice rink, a fitness track, a tennis court and beaches nearby. Naantali Spa and Moomin World are also nearby. The city has good transportation connections: there is a new bus terminal and a taxi station nearby. It’s only a fifteen-minute drive to the center of Turku, and about ten minutes to Raisio.

Contrary to the information and pictures in the brochure, the wooden latticework of the balconies could not be implemented due to the prohibition of the fire authority.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
