New right-of-occupancy apartments are under construction in Ainola, Järvenpää, with an estimated completion date of 05/2026. The apartment building to be completed at Viulukonsertonkuja 4b will have a total of 45 right-of-occupancy apartments. The comprehensive selection of apartments includes two-room apartments, three-room apartments, four-room apartments and five-room apartments of various sizes. The apartments are well-designed and have modern surface materials. Almost all apartments have a glazed balcony. A few apartments have a terrace with a glass railing but no glazing. Some of the apartments also have their own sauna, which you can enjoy if you wish.

Developing residential area close to daily services

New right-of-occupancy apartments are being completed in the southern part of Järvenpää, in the Ainola area. The residential area is located just over 2.5 kilometers from the center of Järvenpää.

The location is ideal, as services are nearby. The nearest daycare center and shop are within walking distance of the apartments. The range of services expands further when you go about a kilometer away to Kyrölä, where you will find the nearest elementary school and more extensive daily services.

In the future, the services in the area will become even more diverse when the Ainola regional center with its local services is completed. The transport connections are also excellent. From Ainola train station, you can reach the center of Helsinki in about half an hour and the center of Järvenpää in a few minutes. The Lahdenväylä and Tuusulanväylä roads enable smooth movement by car.

Lake Tuusulanjärvi and its surroundings offer great outdoor activities all year round. There is also a padel court and a gym nearby, for example.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
