Fixed Broadband in TA Homes
We aim to offer our residents a broadband connection in all our properties. Our properties generally have fixed broadband from Telia, Elisa, or DNA.
Fixed broadband or building broadband refers to a connection for which the housing company has made an agreement with the operator. You get a certain basic speed (usually 50 Mbps) without a connection or usage fee. If you wish, you can order a faster connection from the service provider at an affordable additional cost.
The technical implementation of the connection and the possible need for a terminal device can be clarified by asking the service provider.
How to order a broadband connection?
First, check the availability of the broadband connection and the connection details of your house on the property page using the search function above.
If your house has an external operator’s fixed broadband, you can get the connection by ordering it directly from the service provider (DNA, Elisa, or Telia). It is advisable to order the connection at least about a week before moving in so that it is available from the moving day.
I am moving to another TA apartment. How do I handle my broadband connection?
Check the type of broadband connection in your new apartment using the search function above. If your new address has a different operator’s connection, cancel the previous connection and make a new agreement with the other operator. If the operator is the same, contact the operator and arrange for the transfer of the connection.
I am moving out of a TA apartment. How do I handle my broadband connection?
If you have a fixed broadband connection, inform the operator directly about your move-out.
