New resident website – the old website will be unavailable as of 18 January

Note! Our current resident website will be unavailable as of 18 January 2024 as we are introducing a new enterprise resource planning system. Our services will be available on the new resident website, which will be launched at a later date.

The new resident website is currently under development, but it is not yet ready to be published. During the transition phase, the resident website will be completely offline. We will release more information about the launch of the new resident website at a later date.

Submit a defect report with a designated form

Please report any defects to us by filling out the defect report form on our website. If the matter concerns indoor air quality, a separate form for this can also be found on the website.

In acute cases, please call the maintenance company’s on-call number directly.
