A four-room family apartment on the sixth floor. This open-plan apartment has a spacious and functional floor plan, and light enters the apartment from two air directions. The kitchen opens into the living room. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable closet space. The living room leads to a glazed balcony, which serves as an additional room from early spring to late fall. Living comfort is increased by a private sauna and a separate toilet. Information about the property where the apartment is located
New right-of-occupancy apartments are being built in the developing residential area of Sepänkallio in Suurpelto, Espoo. The project will be completed in February 2026. Applications are ongoing for the project.
A total of 141 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments will be built in two five-story and one seven-story apartment buildings at Hehkutie 1. The sizes of the apartments vary from compact studios to spacious four-room family apartments.

2 bedrooms + bathroom, 40.0-56.5 m², operating charges are between 663-866 €/month

3 bedrooms + bathroom, 60.0-69.0 m², operating charges are between 966-1067 €/month
3 bedrooms + bathroom + toilet, 67.0-77.5 m², operating charges are between 1057-1190 €/month

The Gerkinkartano 2 housing company is located in the same block, with which Hehkutie 1 has a shared sauna, club facilities, laundry and bike storage. The entire block also has a shared yard, where residents of all ages can find stimulation, from a playground to fitness equipment.
There are a total of 185 parking spaces, 117 of which are reserved for the residents of Hehkutie 1. 7 of the parking spaces are reserved for the block’s commercial premises and the rest for Gerkinkartano 2. 60 of the parking spaces will be equipped with slow charging points.
Hehkutie 1’s high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments will be built next to Turunväylä and Kehä II, so the area has good transport connections to different parts of the capital region, both by car and public transport. Buses run nearby to different parts of Espoo, for example to Leppävaara, Tapiola and Matinkylä.
The Suurpelto area has been designed to support an active and communal lifestyle. Suurpelto shopping center has a shop, post office and many restaurants. Opinmäki has a library, school, kindergarten and English-language primary school, making the area particularly suitable for families with children.
Suurpelto also has green areas, and for example the central park next to the apartments offers great recreational opportunities with a cross-country ski trail and jogging trails.
