Information about the property where the apartment is located
New right-of-occupancy apartments are under construction in the developing residential area of Sepänkallio in Suurpello, Espoo. The site will be completed in February 2026. The first application period is 2 October to 16 October 2024.
The two five-story and one seven-story apartment buildings on Hehkutie 1 will have a total of 141 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments. The sizes of the apartments vary from compact studios to spacious four-room family apartments.
