This apartment has a campaign fee

The reduced campaign fee according to the apartment type is valid from the start of the apartment management until 31.12.2027. The campaign fee requires a 24-month residence period.

Water, parking space and other separate usage fees will be charged normally. If the residence ends before the agreed residence period is complete, the benefit received from the campaign fee can be reclaimed in accordance with the campaign terms.
