This apartment has a campaign fee. The campaign fee applies to selected TA right-of-occupancy apartments.

The campaign fee shown in the advertisement is valid from the start of the apartment management until 31.12.202731.12.2027. The right-of-occupancy agreement must be signed and the apartment management must begin no later than 31.12.2026. The campaign benefit applies to new customers of TA-Asumisoikes Oy and requires a 24-month occupancy period. The campaign benefit is implemented as a discount in billing. Water, parking space and other separate usage fees are charged normally. If the residence ends before the 24-month occupancy period is completed, the campaign benefit received can be reclaimed in accordance with the campaign terms. From 1 January 2028, the usage fee will be determined in accordance with the increase terms of the agreement. If the apartment or agreement has other benefits or campaigns, the customer can only take advantage of one of them. Benefits cannot be combined.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
