The normal usage fee for the apartment is €703/month.
The campaign fee shown in the advertisement is valid from the start of management of the apartment until 31 December 2027.The campaign benefit applies to new customers of TA-Asumisoikes Oy and requires a 24-month residence period.
The campaign benefit is implemented as a discount in invoicing. If the residence ends before the 24-month residence period is completed, the campaign benefit received can be reclaimed in accordance with the campaign terms.
From 1.1.2028, the usage fee will be determined in accordance with the increase terms of the agreement.
