A new four-room apartment with a spacious floor plan!

This 90 m² through-building apartment on the fourth floor has three bedrooms, an alcove and a spacious living room-kitchen. The living spaces continue onto a glazed south-facing balcony. The apartment has laminate floors and venetian blinds, which complete the look of the rooms. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and provisions for a dishwasher and microwave. Everyday life is made easier by a separate toilet and a tiled bathroom with connections for a washing machine and dryer.

A modern new rental apartment building in Konala

Konalantie 60 is a seven-eight-story residential apartment building with a total of 121 comfortable rental apartments. The building was completed in the new block area of Konala at the end of September 2025.

The comprehensive selection of apartments includes studios, two-room apartments, three-room apartments, four-room apartments and five-room apartments of various sizes. The apartments are 30.5–98.0 m² in size. The apartments have efficient floor plans and modern surface materials. The first-floor apartment has a ground-level terrace with concrete paving. Other apartments have a glazed balcony to increase living comfort.

Residents can use storage for outdoor equipment and strollers, a club room, laundries and sauna facilities. In addition, each apartment has a storage room for personal belongings. The communal courtyard area of the block has a game, play and relaxation area.

A new block area in Konala close to services

Just a few hundred meters from the apartments is the Ristikko shopping center, where you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and a gym. There are also playgrounds and a school nearby. A daycare center will be located next to the block, so the area is also ideal for families with children.

The area also has smooth transport connections. Vihdintie provides access to Ring Road III, and Ring Road I offers quick connections to Eastern Helsinki and Espoo. Bus number 30 takes you to Myyrmäki and via Pitäjänmäki train station all the way to Kamppi. The Konalantie stop also provides access to other directions, such as Malminkartano and Eira.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
