Boijenkatu 1 will be completed in a central location in the Hatanpää area of Tampere. The estimated completion date is 5/2027. The building consists of three 5-6-storey apartment buildings, with a total of 55 right-of-occupancy apartments. The apartment selection includes: two-room apartments (44-66 m²), three-room apartments (65-85 m²) and four-room apartments (85-94.5 m²). All apartments have a glazed balcony and most have their own sauna. The customer has the opportunity to have additional and modification work specified and approved by the developer in advance. The range of modification work is limited for building B.

Building facilities and equipment
Residents can use the sauna section, club room, laundry, drying rooms and stroller storage. In addition, each apartment has a heated storage room for personal belongings.
