Jokipuistontie 1, located in Nikkilä’s Jokilaakso area, has 58 right-of-occupancy apartments, 57 rental apartments and one business premises. Right-of-occupancy apartments are located in an apartment building and two Luhti apartment buildings, rental apartments in two apartment buildings. You can choose from right-of-occupancy and rental apartments, from studios to four-room apartments, ranging in size from 24.5 m² to 80 m². A few apartments also have a special feature of a work space with its own outside entrance on the ground floor of the apartment, which is well suited, for example, for remote work or a small entrepreneur.

Tenant and right-of-occupancy residents have versatile common spaces for shared use. The courtyard building has two sauna sections and a cozy club room, as well as a laundry and drying room, so you don’t necessarily need your own washing machine.
