Huoltopolku 2 A is a comfortable new development in a good location in Vaajakoski, Jyväskylä. The development has a total of 29 state-subsidized rental apartments. The apartments will be completed at the end of July 2026.

The six-story residential building offers high-quality and more carefree living thanks to functional floor plans. The apartment selection consists of two-, three- and four-room apartments (40.0–81.5 m²). All apartments have a glazed balcony and a private sauna, which bring comfort to everyday life and increase living comfort. The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher and, depending on the apartment, either a refrigerator-freezer or separate refrigeration units. There is a space reserved for a microwave. There is a space reserved for a washing machine in the bathrooms.

Residents have access to versatile common areas located in the basement and first floor. The building includes a laundry, drying room, club room and storage spaces for outdoor equipment and strollers. Each apartment has its own storage room for personal belongings. The yard, bicycle shed and parking area are shared with the neighboring apartment building. There are 19 parking spaces on the property.

The building is connected to the district heating network. The apartments have water-circulated underfloor heating, apartment-specific ventilation with heat recovery and remotely readable water meters.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
