The new right-of-occupancy apartments at Konalantie 64 are being completed in a new block area in Konala, Helsinki. The project is expected to be completed in 8/2026. A total of 115 high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments will be completed in the eight-story apartment building.

The area has good transport connections, both by car and public transport. Ring Road I offers fast connections to Espoo and Eastern Helsinki, and Ring Road III can be reached via Vihdintie. Bus number 30 takes you to Myyrmäki and Pitäjänmäki train station all the way to Kamppi. The Konalantie stop also provides access to other directions, such as Malminkartano and Eira.
