In December 2019, a total of 35 rental apartments were completed in green and peaceful Roihuvuori. Apartments range from functional studios to spacious four-room family apartments. The apartments are 35–90 m² in size. Glazed balconies increase living comfort, and the four-room apartments have their own saunas.

The increasingly popular Roihuvuori area charms with its good location – the sea, nature and comprehensive services are all nearby. Roihuvuori has a communal village-like atmosphere and a relaxed atmosphere. There are several kindergartens in the area, as well as a primary school, a music college, a visual arts school and a library. Grocery stores, fast food places and popular cafes are within walking distance. More shops, restaurants and services can be found in the nearby shopping centers Itis and Easton. Lanterna, a shopping center specializing in home decoration, is just a stone’s throw away from the new apartments in Roihuvuorentie.

From Roihuvuori, you can quickly get to the adjacent Itäväylä by car. However, you can get by without a car in the area, because the Siilitie metro station is a good half-kilometer walk away, and you can also take the bus to different parts of Helsinki. There are limited parking spaces in the destination and they are primarily attached to larger apartments.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
