New right-of-occupancy apartments are coming to Turku’s Pitkämäki, in the historically significant area of the former Pukkila tile factory, with an estimated completion in autumn 2025.
The right-of-occupancy apartments being built at Pigmenttitasku 5 and 7 in eight-story residential buildings offer a variety of options to suit different needs. Available apartments range from studios to four-room apartments, with sizes varying from 35.0 m² to 82.0 m².

2 rooms + kitchen, 40.5–54.5 m², 41 units
3 rooms + kitchen, 55.0–71.0 m², 31 units
4 rooms + kitchen, 82.0 m², 8 units
The Pukkila area is well-connected. Naantalin pikatie offers good connections to Turku’s city center as well as towards Länsikeskus and Naantali. There are also good walking and cycling routes to the city center and its services. Turku’s main railway station, just over a kilometer away, provides easy commuting options.
Next to Pukkila is a shopping center with a 24-hour grocery store. The Logomo cultural center and Turku’s charming wooden house districts are also within walking distance.
The Pukkila area is peaceful and green. It is surrounded by parks such as Kähärinpuisto, Pitkämäenpuisto, and Merikulmanpuisto, offering excellent outdoor opportunities.
