Stylish and cozy two-room apartment

A second-floor apartment, flooded with light from the apartment’s two spacious windows. The apartment’s light and neutral colors allow for a variety of interior design solutions. The kitchen is efficiently designed in the middle of the apartment as a unified space with the living room.

This apartment has a campaign fee. The campaign fee applies to selected TA right-of-occupancy apartments.

The right-of-occupancy agreement must be signed and the apartment’s management begins no later than December 31, 2026.

The reduced campaign fee according to the apartment type is valid from the start of the apartment’s management until December 31, 2027. The campaign fee requires a 24-month residence period.

Water, parking space and other separate usage fees are charged normally. If the residence ends before the agreed residence period is complete, the benefit received from the campaign fee can be reclaimed in accordance with the campaign terms.

If the apartment or contract has other benefits or campaigns, the customer can only take advantage of one of them. Benefits cannot be combined. You can get more detailed campaign terms from TA’s sales consultant.

Kera’s new homes in Espoo – Viilivati 2 & Maitovadinkatu 11

A new residential block has been completed in the developing Kera area of Espoo, featuring both rental and right-of-occupancy apartments. The right-of-occupancy and rental apartments are part of a block of several houses, which share a green courtyard with a seating and play area. The nearby Kera train station is just a four-minute train ride from Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride from the center of Helsinki.

A diverse selection of apartments

• Viilivati 2:Right-of-occupancy apartments in a six-story building with two staircases. The apartments will be completed in May 2025.
• Maitovadinkatu 11:Rental apartments on two six-story buildings. The apartments will be completed at the end of November 2025.  
• There are homes for a variety of life situations: right-of-occupancy apartments from compact studios to four-room apartments, and rental apartments from two-room apartments to four-square-meter apartments. The common areas include storage rooms, sauna facilities, laundries and drying rooms, as well as outdoor and stroller storage.

The price of a parking space is 20 €/month (without heating socket). The parking facility will be built later.
