The campaign benefit is implemented as a discount in invoicing. If the residence ends before the 24-month residence period is completed, the campaign benefit received can be reclaimed in accordance with the campaign terms.

From 1.1.2028, the usage fee will be determined in accordance with the increase terms of the agreement.

A very spacious two-room apartment located on the first floor

A spacious living room and kitchen create an idyllic living space in the apartment. In addition, the apartment’s own sauna and balcony create living comfort. The balcony is accessed through the spacious bedroom, which also has ready-made storage space. With the help of light neutral colors and materials, you can decorate the apartment exactly how you want. The apartment has laminate flooring and ceramic tiles on the walls and floors of the bathroom. The bathroom has space for a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment’s matte white blinds increase privacy. The functional kitchen of the apartment has a floor-standing stove, cooker hood, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, as well as space for a microwave. The gem of this apartment is also its spacious cloakroom, which makes it easy to store belongings and clothes. Kera’s new homes in Espoo – Viilivati 2 & Maitovadinkatu 11

A new residential block has been completed in the developing Kera area of Espoo, featuring both rental and right-of-occupancy apartments. The right-of-occupancy and rental apartments are part of a block of several houses, which share a green courtyard with a seating and play area. The nearby Kera train station is just a four-minute train ride from Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride from the center of Helsinki.

• Viilivati 2:Right-of-occupancy apartments in a six-story building with two staircases. The apartments will be completed in May 2025.
• Maitovadinkatu 11:Rental apartments on two six-story buildings. The apartments will be completed at the end of November 2025.  
• There are homes for a variety of life situations: right-of-occupancy apartments from compact studios to four-room apartments, and rental apartments from two-room apartments to four-square-meter apartments. The common areas include storage rooms, sauna facilities, laundries and drying rooms, as well as outdoor and stroller storage.

The price of a parking space is 20 €/month (without heating socket). The parking facility will be built later.
