A lovely apartment near Kera train station

The top floor two-room apartment on the sixth floor of the apartment building combines a spacious kitchen and living room into one open space. Kera’s new homes in Espoo – Viilivati 2 & Maitovadinkatu 11

A new residential block has been completed in the developing Kera area of Espoo, featuring both rental and right-of-occupancy apartments. The right-of-occupancy and rental apartments are part of a block of several houses, which share a green courtyard with a seating and play area. The nearby Kera train station is just a four-minute train ride from Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride from the center of Helsinki.

A diverse selection of apartments

  • Viilivati 2:Right-of-occupancy apartments in a six-story building with two staircases. The apartments will be completed in May 2025.
  • Maitovadinkatu 11:Rental apartments on two six-story buildings. The apartments will be completed at the end of November 2025.  
  • There are homes for a variety of life situations: right-of-occupancy apartments from compact studios to four-room apartments, and rental apartments from two-room apartments to four-square-meter apartments. The common areas include storage rooms, sauna facilities, laundries and drying rooms, as well as outdoor and stroller storage.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
