Cozy four-room right-of-occupancy home in Espoo

This 81 m² right-of-occupancy apartment is located on the fifth floor. The home is well suited to everyday life, where a clear floor plan, personal peace and functional spaces are valued.

The apartment’s light and neutral surfaces make decorating easy. Laminate floors create a unified look, and the bathroom has ceramic tiles on both the floors and walls. Kera’s new homes in Espoo – Viilivati 2 & Maitovadinkatu 11

A new residential block has been completed in the developing Kera area of Espoo, featuring both rental and right-of-occupancy apartments. The right-of-occupancy and rental apartments are part of a block of several houses, which share a green courtyard with a seating and play area. The nearby Kera train station is just a four-minute train ride from Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride from the center of Helsinki.

• Viilivati 2:Right-of-occupancy apartments in a six-story building with two staircases. The apartments will be completed in May 2025.
