A total of 67 new right-of-occupancy apartments will be completed at Hopmanninkatu 1 & 3 on 25 June 2026, in two apartment buildings. The property will be completed in the new and vibrant Herttuankulma area near the city center and the harbor of Turku. The distribution of apartments is diverse and offers options for different life situations.

The apartments have modern equipment and a cozy interior. Light-colored laminate floors and white-painted walls create a bright and fresh look. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
