A wonderful top-floor three-room apartment

The apartment has two bedrooms, which can be accessed through the living room. The living room provides access to the apartment’s glass-railed balcony and the bathroom has its own wonderful sauna. A spacious open kitchen and a living room illuminated by two windows combine dining and relaxation. The functional kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has space for a washing machine. Kera’s new homes in Espoo – Viilivati 2 & Maitovadinkatu 11

A new residential block has been completed in the developing Kera area of Espoo, featuring both rental and right-of-occupancy apartments. The right-of-occupancy and rental apartments are part of a block of several houses, which share a green courtyard with a seating and play area. The nearby Kera train station is just a four-minute train ride from Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride from the center of Helsinki.

A diverse selection of apartments

  • Viilivati 2:Right-of-occupancy apartments in a six-story building with two staircases. The apartments will be completed in May 2025.
  • Maitovadinkatu 11:Rental apartments on two six-story buildings. The apartments will be completed in late November 2025.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
