New right-of-occupancy apartments are under construction in Klaukkala, Nurmijärvi. The estimated completion of the project is 12/2025–01/2026.

The apartment building to be built at Korpiorvokinkuja 8 will have a total of 27 high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments. The apartments have been designed with modern living needs in mind. The sizes of the apartments vary from compact studios to spacious four-room family apartments. Except for the smallest studios, all apartments have a balcony, which brings additional space and light to the apartment. The balconies located at the ends of the apartment building are glazed and the balconies facing the playground are unglazed.

The building has versatile common areas. Residents have access to a heated outdoor equipment storage room, a drying room and a sauna section with changing rooms and toilets. Residents will also have access to apartment-specific storage facilities. The housing company will have 14 carports and 9 ground-level parking spaces. One of the ground-level parking spaces is designed for people with disabilities. The parking spaces will be equipped with electric heating posts with timer switches.

The apartments will be completed in a central location next to a variety of services. The daily services of the Klaukkala city center are located within walking distance. There is also a kindergarten and school nearby, so the area is particularly suitable for families with children.

The residential area is located close to main roads, so the area can be easily accessed by car, for example. The city center of Helsinki is about 40 minutes away.

Residents of the area will also be able to enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation and exercise opportunities, as there are numerous sports halls, an artificial turf field and the Isosuo nature trail in the vicinity of the apartments.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
