Right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in 2023 in the heart of Kruunuvuorenranta, part of the maritime city quarter. At Turumankatu 6 and 10, there will be apartment buildings, townhouses and semi-detached apartments, 33 apartments in total. Housing rights houses have been completed on the east bank of Kruunuvuorenselkä, in a unique location opposite the city.

According to the plans, Kruunuvuorenranta will be home to 13,000 people in 2030. The services in the area are currently developing rapidly. Kauppakeskus Saari, located in Laajasalo, is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the front door.

From Kruunuvuorenranta, you can easily move to different parts of the city, both with your own car and with public transport. Buses go via Kruunuvuorenranta to the Herttoniemi metro station, from where the journey conveniently continues in three different directions. Kruunusillat, a bridge complex for light traffic and a tram route, is under construction and when completed will bring Kruunuvuorenranta significantly closer to the heart of Helsinki. 25 garage spaces at the site.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
