In June 2023, a total of 33 right-of-occupancy apartments were completed in Rovaniemi in a location close to nature, a couple of kilometers from the center. The five-story right-of-occupancy building has comfortable apartments, from studios to four-room family apartments. Each apartment has its own glazed balcony. Apart from the studios, the apartments have their own saunas.

Residents of Willamonkuja 1 have all the services of the city center nearby as well as forested outdoor trails. Smaller local shops and the Eteläkeskus shopping center with its services are also within walking distance. The transport connections in different directions are good. For example, in addition to owning a car, you can get to the city center by walking or by bike along the light traffic route.

Residents have access to a laundry and drying room. Each apartment has its own movable storage on the first floor of the building, which also has storage space for baby carriages. The yard area has a shared playground with the neighboring property, as well as storage and a shed for bicycles. There are 19 covered and 13 open spaces for cars. The property is non-smoking.

The property is connected to the district heating network and the apartments have water-circulating radiator heating. The floors of wet rooms have electric comfort floor heating, which is connected to the property’s electricity meter. Living comfort is increased by blinds on the windows. The property has cable TV.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
