A 24-apartment right-of-occupancy project completed in March 2022 in the Hansavalkama area of Kauklahti.

There are four- and five-room family apartments to choose from, measuring 87-117 m². The apartments are on two levels and have their own terrace and French balcony. Additional comfort is provided by a private sauna and shower, also in connection with the downstairs toilet. There is a cozy play and seating area in the middle of the houses. There are carports equipped with electrical outlets.

Valkamanpelto 4 is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, on its balconies, terraces and courtyards, except for a separate marked smoking area.

Kauklahti is a family-friendly area of small and terraced houses, where daily services can be found nearby. Schools from primary to secondary school are within walking distance, as are the library, a few daycare centers, a grocery store and the Village Hall in Palttina. Kauklahti train station is about a kilometer away on foot, and the train takes 30 minutes to get to the center of Helsinki. Kauklahti has good outdoor and hobby opportunities. More services are available in Espoo city center, which is less than five kilometers away.
