New rental apartments have been completed in Henttaa, Espoo, near the central park, in a new residential block. At the end of August 2024, 61 apartments were completed in the nine-story building, among which you can find a suitable home for a wide variety of life situations.

Some of the apartments have glazed balconies, some have French balconies and some have courtyards. Living comfort is increased by blinds on the windows and balcony doors.

The rental price includes Elisa’s internet connection, which has a basic speed of 50m/50m.

On the first floor of the building, there are common spaces, such as outdoor equipment storage, stroller storage and a sauna section. In addition, residents can use the laundry and drying room located in the neighboring houses, as well as the service hallways with a parcel vending machine. There are places for cars in a separate parking garage.

The Henttaa residential area is located next to Espoo’s central park, between Suurpello and Olari. Within a radius of a couple of kilometers, there are plenty of services in Suurpello, Olari and Matinkylä. Olari has Prisma, for example, and Iso Omena has plenty of different shops and services. There are also kindergartens and schools nearby. Transport connections are good both with your own car and by bus, and the nearest metro stations are in Niittykummu and Matinkylä. You can easily get to outdoor trails, which are several kilometers nearby, right from the corner of the house.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

You will receive an apartment offer as soon as we can offer an apartment that meets your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact the sales representative of the apartment or property.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
