Leppäkertunkatu 2 is a new, comfortable eight-story apartment building project, which will have a total of 48 right-of-occupancy apartments. This project will be completed in the new Kuloistenniity area on the border of Turku and Raisio in November 2025 and offers versatile living options for different life situations.

The kitchens are equipped with white laminate-surfaced furniture, a fridge-freezer, a built-in oven and a ceramic hob. All apartments have a dishwasher (width 45 cm or 60 cm, depending on the size of the apartment). Each apartment has its own spacious balcony, which brings additional space and light. The ground-floor apartments (2 units) have their own terrace.

The ventilation is apartment-specific and equipped with heat recovery, which improves energy efficiency. Heating is provided by water-circulated underfloor heating, which facilitates interior design solutions in the apartments. Water consumption is measured per apartment. The property has district heating. The usage fee includes a 50M internet connection.

There will be a house sauna and a drying room for laundry for shared use by residents. There are either carports or plug-in spaces available in the yard. Some of the carports have the option of charging electric cars. There is plenty of space for storing bicycles both in the yard and in a separate indoor storage room. There is also a cozy play area in the yard for the little ones. The property is non-smoking.

Leppäkertunkatu 2 is located in an excellent location: in the new residential area of Kuloistenniity, right near the border of Turku. The new district combines lush nature, local services and easy living. The property has good transport connections to services by car, public transport or bicycle.

You can go for a walk in the forest or, in winter, to the ski slopes almost from your doorstep. The nearly four-hectare Suvituulenpuisto Park will also be built in the area, with various activities for all ages. A new daycare center will also be built in the area, which will be located within walking distance of the homes in the residential area. The transport connections to Kuloistenniity are excellent. There are bus stops right next to the property, both in the direction of Turku and Naantali, and bus connections run in both directions up to every 10 minutes and until late at night.

Leppäkertunkatu 2 has received green financing from Kuntarahoitus Oyj. Green financing is granted to investment projects that produce clear and measurable benefits for the climate and the environment.
