We present our right-of-occupancy and rental apartments in several different locations. There are over a hundred apartments to see nationwide. The selection of apartments as well as the dates and the times vary by location.

Pick up your own apartment gift card!
With the apartment gift card distributed at house presentations, you will get the first month’s rent or charge for use for 0 €.
The gift card is valid for all of our right-of-occupancy and Arava and interest subsidy rental apartments (on our website: yleishyödyllinen vuokra-asunto) that are immediately available. (Does not apply to new properties under construction.)
The benefit is valid until 15.7.2024 and it applies only to new customers and cannot be combined with other benefits or campaigns. In addition, we require 6 months of residence.

In a right-of-occupancy apartment, you often pay less than the market rent
In right-of-occupancy apartments, a one-time right-of-occupancy payment is paid first. When you move out after notice time, you will get the payment back, but it will be checked by the building cost index. You can find the preliminary right-of-occupancy fee on the apartment’s announcement page.
In a right-of-occupancy apartment, you will pay a monthly maintenance charge, which is often cheaper than the market rent of a similar apartment.
The advantages of right-of-occupancy are its carefreeness and safety. In addition, here at TA we have a good price-quality ratio.
With us, you live in comparatively new apartments in good locations. You will get more space at lower costs!
Apply a queue number for right-of-occupancy housing
You can apply for a right-of-occupancy apartment once you have a queue number issued by Varke.
Based on the queue number, applicants are offered right-of-occupancy apartments according to their wishes. It is advisable to apply for the queue number as soon as possible. However, applying for a queue number does not bind you to anything.
You can get the queue number quickly, right when you apply, from Varke’s electronic queue number service. If you wish, you can also apply for the number using a paper form, in which case the application processing time is longer.

Did you know that some of our rental apartments are for the public good? There are resident selection criteria for these apartments, which is why obtaining an apartment is affected for example by household’s need for apartment, wealth as well as income. In addition to an acute need, the need for housing can be, for example, an apartment that is too small or current housing costs that are too high in relation to income.
